This project is a 31-unit infill development of live/work lofts located in Ventura, California. Designed with urban integration in mind, the layout utilizes alleyways for vehicular access, allowing the buildings to frame a central open space. This inward orientation creates a series of shared courtyards that serve as communal gathering areas, enhancing a sense of community and promoting interaction among residents.
