This dual-site infill development was conceived and entitled concurrently. Located adjacent to the Arroyo riverbank in Simi, CA, the two sites offer a total of 92 residential units. The larger (wider) site features 48 townhomes arranged around a central shared green space. Rear alleyways provide vehicular access, allowing the townhomes to front the open space and promote pedestrian activity within the community. In contrast, the narrower site accommodates 44 residential units, with a linear green space running through the center of the property. Both sites benefit from direct access to the adjacent Arroyo riverbank, providing residents with natural views and recreational opportunities.
