Springville Master Plan

[planning + entitlement]

It all began with the last remaining agricultural field within the city's urban development limits. What followed was a master-planned community, developed from the ground up into 375 residential units, complemented by retail spaces, parks, and office buildings. The project was fully planned and entitled by our team. The core concept focused on utilizing the negative space between units to create livable, communal areas. Three residential products were introduced based on this idea: an alley-loaded, zero-lot-line product with shared interstitial spaces; cluster units organized around shared courtyards; and single-family detached (SFD) homes with common spaces located at the rear of the lots.
